The ChingJia T-Power Citizen Plaza is not just an ordinary office building. The designers have envisioned a more advanced high-end office space that caters to the evolving needs of the modern workforce. The design includes dedicated large, medium, and small meeting rooms and business centers to cater for business needs. It also features leisure spaces such as a lounge bar and a golf driving range for different types of business meetings. Additionally, the design includes massage rooms and a nursing room, providing hard-working staff with a range of diversified leisure activities.
Upon entering the lobby, visitors are greeted by a vivid and strongly irregular spatial sense lines of space design. The white striped stone piled smooth curve wall, exaggerated up and down titanium mirror ceiling boards create a strong visual impact. The futuristic sense of the elevator creates another visual impression, with white material, white light, and mirror-shaped metal giving a sci-fi movie scene vibe.
The public shared large and small size conference rooms use aviation aluminum as the main material of walls, creating a cool, stylish, and modern feeling. The conference rooms’ public gallery walls with red paint glass change the space atmosphere, making people full of energy and enthusiasm.
Located in Taichung City, Taiwan, the project was completed in June 2017. The space spans 1459 square meters and was designed by Peter Pan and Aaron Zhang from Bethel Design. The design was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2019, a testament to its outstanding expertise and innovation.
The ChingJia T-Power Citizen Plaza is a testament to the future of office spaces. It is a design that not only meets the functional needs of an office but also caters to the holistic needs of its occupants. It is a design that truly embodies the multi-dimensional development of modern society.
